The representative of Ikorodu Constituency II, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA), has been nominated for the 2024 Community Leadership and Youth Empowerment Award of the United States based Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance.

Hon. Aro, who is a first-term lawmaker, was nominated for the award, for his unwavering commitment to community development and youth empowerment through initiatives such as educational sponsorships, skill acquisition programs, sports development, and cooperative support for women’s businesses. He has equally made a significant impact in empowering and uplifting those in need.
